CLOSING IN ON GOAL WEIGHT


Penn University asked me to drop 11lbs, I’m now 1lb from goal weight (meal plan is hard no carbs/no sugar)

Tips I used:

  • Water (at least 8 glasses)
  • Exercise ( 1 hour)
  • Sleep (8 hours)
  • FoodChoices (lean meats)
  • Proportion size (use your fist as a rule of reference)
  • Cut starch and sugar (very important)
  • If you fall get back on the horse
